File size is defined as the size when the image is open in Photoshop. We convert the image to a jpg for transmission, which reduces the file size. We recommend you open and save the file as a tif, on your own computer before you do any additional work on the image. This will restore the image to its full un-compressed file size.

Delivery: Images can be emailed when they are the Intermediate or Web sizes, otherwise the image will be burned to CD and an appointment scheduled for pick up. Shipping is also available for $8 per order.
Orders will be ready within 48 business hours. If rush service is needed please inform us and we will try to work with your deadlines.

(1)Call or email us at 916-630-1616 or info@santees.com with the reference numbers of the images you require along with the size. Please specify how the image will be used. This order should also include your company address details and a contact person. Also please indicate how you wish to pay for the images. We accept Check, Visa, and MasterCard. Discover and American Express.

(2) We will either e-mail you that your order is ready or we will either e-mail or call you to let you know your order is ready to pick up. Payment is due at delivery.

Our Accounts department accepts payment by Check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover via our private Fax line on 916-630-1417 or if you prefer we can contact you by telephone. There is a 7.25% State Sales tax on sales in California.
