Can you tell me about your Studio?
Santees have been serving our community since 1988. Awarded Photographer of the Year for four consecutive years, Randy Santee has been awarded many prestigious awards including; Master of Photography and Sacramento Valley's Portrait & Wedding Photographer of the year, multiple years running. Where are you located?
Santees are located in Rocklin CA just a couple blocks from the Galleria Mall. We are open by appointment only and office hours are available for sessions Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm. For additional photography information contact us at 916-630-1616.

Why are you different? At our photography studio it's all about you!! Our goal is to be on the cutting edge of our profession, therefore each year, new sets are created to give you more hot, modern designs as well as our tried and true old favorites. We take pride in you; you are at a unique time in your life and we enjoy capturing this special time with you. For samples of our senior pictures view our galleries.

Who will photograph my session? Randy Santee, Master photographer, photographs every session at Santees. He has been creating award winning images for over 20 years and loves the creative energy that seniors have.

What about my braces and my skin? At Santees all of your portraits are fully retouched, removing blemishes and skin imperfections at no charge. We also have the ability to completely remove braces, do subtle body sliming, scar removal and many exciting special effects. There is a slight artwork charge for braces, scars and other enhancements.

Can I bring lots of outfits?
Yes! Almost all of our Senior Sessions allow UNLIMITED clothing changes.

What type of sessions do you have and how much are they?
We offer a variety of sessions to fit every senior's needs. Every session is photographed by Randy who is great at making you feel comfortable, relaxed and works hard to discover the real you.

How do I know what to wear?
When you schedule your session we will send you an informational packet with lots of Helpful Hints on how to prepare for your session. We will also include a Personality Profile worksheet to help you communicate all your great ideas to Randy and help him get to know you better.

How will I see my images and order? We will schedule a viewing appointment for you to view your images (about 3-5 days after your session) set to music,on a big screen TV at our studio (popcorn and sodas are on the house). We will help you with your decisions and show you the various sizes, retouching and finishing options. Whoever comes must have the authority to make all ordering decisions and without having to get approval from someone who is not present. If the viewing appointment is missed for another one is needed, a presentation fee of $50 will be charged.

What can I expect to spend?
What you invest for your senior portraits is very important; what you get, for what you spend, is even more important- That's VALUE! Our variety of sessions and options allow you to personalize your session. The sessions vary from from one to three hours and you could even schedule a trip out of town to the ocean or mountains. Most senior find that they usually spend anywhere from $600 to $2000.

We've heard that Santees are expensive, but after comparing we see you're only slightly more and wallets are even lower than ordinary studios.
Our customers love our work so much that most end up spending more than they originally planned. People hear we're expensive because they ask their friends what they ended up spending without knowing everything their friend recieved for their money. We feel it's a great compliment when our customers order a lot and from many different poses. It means we've done our job extremely well, it's hard to say no to all the awesome poses ans selections we've created. So our customers just have to have them all! It's the comment we hear most often... "I've never seen such beautiful pictures and you've made it incredibly hard for us to choose the best one. We love them all!" We believe in treating the customer they way we would want to be treated, so you'll never have sales pressure from us. We prefer to let our work do the selling. After you've viewed the custom DVD of your images, Michele simply asks...Okay, what would you like to order? Then what you spend is up to you.
